[Clas12_rich] RICH detector slow controls location

Hi Eugene,

I would like to meet in the hall to discuss the location of the slow 
controls equipment for the RICH detector on the forward carriage. The 
DSG would require about 18U (~32") total of rack. This should give 
enough space to install the equipment.

I will be heading over to the hall this morning (8am) to have a look at 
the area, if there is a time this morning which is good for you please 
let me know.
