[Clas12_rich] RICH electronics in rack next to cRIO on Forward Carriage level 3

Hi Tyler,

We need to know exactly how much space you need. We cannot put any extra racks on the forward carriage but have to use free space in existing ones. Or put this electronics on the pie tower. Could you tell exactly what goes there? One CAEN mainframe? One VME crate? Anything else?
How critical is it to have it close to cRIO? How close?
