[Clas12_rich] RICH electronics in rack next to cRIO on Forward Carriage level 3

[Eugene Pasyuk]

It would be good to see the layout of all your electronics, front-end, back-end, power supplies, also all cables/fibers (how many), etc. Are there any limitations on the cable length? I suppose you have a diagram.
