[Clas12_rich] RICH assembly

Marco:

I just spoke to Yuri Gotra who is working on the SVT.  He is
going to provide me a working model of the SVT assembly and
test setup so that we can determine how it will co-exist in the
clean room with your work. I'll send you details when they are
available.
