[Clas12_rich] RICH assembly

Saptarshi promised to send the step file to Walt.

After the test in the Hall in August, the SVT will be back (early
September) and we will replace few modules in region 4 in EEL124 (using
the SVT optical bench currently in use by RICH). In October we
re-integrate the SVT region 4 with SVT regions 1-3 (using the gantry).
After integration the SVT services will be connected to the detector. We
will need a gantry to re-integrate the Central Vertex Tracker (CVT) (SVT
with Micromegas) in November. We will continue the CVT stability test
and the cosmic data taking with the CVT until the Hall is ready for the
installation of the Central Detector.
