[Clas12_rich] RICH installation

Hi Bob,
we discussed many times during our meetings about the platforms and the 
bolts that fix the RICH assembly structure to the floor, both in the 
clean room and in the experimental Hall.
However, I'm not sure if we can consider also this detail as approved or 
we need to take additional actions to have the formal approval.
Could you please clarify this aspect?
