[Clas12_rich] RICH THA regarding consequence level for the N2 purge system

Dear Marco Contalbrigo,

We have reviewed our draft of the THA that I wrote and sent yesterday, 5/31, and are unsure of the consequence level for the N2 purge system. Do you have a chart or documentation on how the absorption of moisture affects the aerogel and the detector performance? Please let us know where this information could be found.
