[Clas12_rich] Forward Carriage for RICH cooling system

Hello,

Attached are pictures Sahin took of the Forward Carriage location for the RICH cooling system. As Bob mentioned in a previous email, the brown tank will be removed to make room for the compressors.

Also attached is Sahin's drawing of the proposed layout of the compressors, tank, and valve panel on the Forward Carriage. It has also been sent to Bob for approval.
