[Clas12_rich] Pressure Relief Valves

I looked into the RICH cooling system and the pressure relief valves I 
chose for the system are:

For ASME tank -- McMaster-Carr Part # 4700K15 (Set Pressure 175 psi)
For cooling lines (1 for each line)  -- McMaster-Carr Part # 4700K83 
(Set Pressure 90 psi)

I wrote a document on the pressure relief valve selection for this system.
