The Forward Carriage Top Deck layout and location have been approved for the RICH air compressors. Please find the emails below from Bob and Sahin regarding the approval. The diagram of the Forward Carriage Top Deck layout is also attached.

Hi Sahin,

I finally tracked down Bert Manzlak to determine if there were any 
walkway requirements.  Based on our review of your drawing, the 
placement of the components is fine.  I assume that if the compressors 
need maintenance, we can disconnect them and crane them to a better 
location for repairs.
