[Clas12_rich] PMTs Box in EEL 121b cleanroom diagram

Dear Tylor,

We have small metal cabinet in the TED building. It contains only 50% of all 430 PMTs.
Another PMTs are located in my office and Andrey's office. I think that the metal cabinet may be relocated to the clean room in the future close to the time when we will assemble the electronic panel of the RICH detector. The dimensions of this cabinet is approximately 20x24x68". 68" is the height.
