[Clas12_rich] Items for RICH review prepared by DSG

Dear Marco Mirazita,

For the review on June 13, 2016, what items are to be prepared by the DSG? 

Also, we have two more questions:
- Would a computer be needed in EEL 121b for the mirror testing? There is a spare one we have here that could be used if one would not be brought for the testing.
- What is the model of the low voltage and high voltage supplies that will be used? We would need to know so we can see what types of interlocks we can use for them.
