[Clas12_rich] RICH cooling and N2 purge system OSP for review

can this OSP form be done before saptarshi does his analysis on the ASME relief valves? 
i am confused.

To confirm, the Operational Safety Procedure form that you need help with is for the air cooling system and the N2 purge system?
