[Clas12_software] clara installation

Hi,

Attached please find new installation instructions. 
Following has been changed based on our discussion at the last software meeting.
1. Release 2.1.1 that does not contain source code.
2. Removed a requirement to set the CLARA_HOME environmental variable.
