Hello all;

1- Gagik and Johann have made a lot of progress on input/output.
Should be ready for a demo at the software workshop on Wednesday.

2- We had a long discussion about the way that the reconstruction
"knows" whether its data is simulated or real; this is necessary
as long as the simulation is meeting the data "half-way"; for
example gemc might produce the distance of a track to a wire
but not further calculate what the time would be.
One way to fix this is for the methods to do different things
according to whether some header id. is 'data' or 'mc'.
Another way to do this, is to have the system involved,
for example, TRAC, simply have a uniform method to respond
to missing low-level information.  TRAC could say, is there
DISTANCE_HIT information, if yes it would not even look for
TIME_HIT information.

3- we will do a gemc -> recon -> plotting demo on Wed.

4- in addition, Veronique will give a reconstruction status
report at the workshop.
