[Clas12_software] New ced

There is a new ced release, ced-2015-12-21.
The instructions for downloading are at the end of this email.

WHAT'S NEW

1. The accumulation package has been significantly enhanced. Now almost all
views and detectors support accumulation. For example, here are hit
frequencies for 500 events in the BST in the Central XY display:

2. In the central Z view, the hit strips are now displayed (before it was
just "panels")

3) The DC XY view has been enhanced, and now shows digitized wire hits
rather than only "true" (gemc) data

There is now a simple way to get *ced* stand-alone, ready to run.
> No env vars to set. No class paths to set. Nothing to build.
