[Clas12_software] Reconstruction problems

Hello Everyone,

I have been looking at reconstruction of some inclusive events using coatjava version 1.0.
You can find my notes and many ced images at http://quarks.temple.edu/~whit/clas12/notes/7-10-2015/ .

The PID seems missing from the reconstruction.
Perhaps I am missing something obvious in the reconstruction or not running gemc properly.
