[Clas12_software] Proper library build location for clas12

Hello,

I was wondering where there would be space to build updated versions of the various software libraries for clas12.
I have been working on making gemc run 10 times faster but I need to build geant4 (and others) with c++11.

Ideally, I would just create a new version number under /site/12gev_phys but I do not have permissions.
