[Clas12_software] CLAS12 fastmc

Hello Volker,
   Thanks a lot for this clear explanation. Regarding the latest version of
the FASTMC, I received a new routine that has more accurate detector
geometry (
http://clasweb.jlab.org/clas12offline/docs/software/html/reconstruction/fastMonteCarlo.html).
For the resolution parameters, I have been told that it is not updated yet.
Therefore, I will use the old fastmc smearing parameters. Of course at some
point we need to use the full reconstruction software, but for the moment a
fastmc does the job.
