[Clas12_software] gemc for clas12

Hi all,

The CLAS12 hit process routines and banks are changing with the calibration and reconstruction challenges. 
In order to keep up and keep versions in sync with reconstruction you can now use dedicated clas12 tags.

You do not need the production environment in /site anymore. You can use this instead:

source /group/clas12/gemc/environment.csh

Please follow the instructions below to load specific tags.

Latest working tag was 3a.0.1. The very latest is 3a.0.2 with the new DC time-to-distance function.

When you run gemc you should see the tag version in the screen long.

gemc will continue to evolve following its roadmap <https://gemc.jlab.org/gemc/html/documentation/releases/roadmap.html>, but from now on we can rely on these clas12 tags to have a consistent numbering scheme for simulation and reconstruction.
