[Clas12_software] migration to CLARA 4.3

Dear Java enthusiasts,

I have completed the migration of CLAS12 software to new CLARA 4.3 platform.
There are few things that need to be done to comply with new software,

1) the ./bin/update script will update the main jars, but it will cause some conflicts, 
  the best solution is to download the entire distribution fresh ! 

2) the developers of detector codes, have to recompile their software with new coatlibs-2.0.jar 
 (which comes with the package), to make sure everything works properly.

I have updated the distribution package, which can be obtained from:

wget https://userweb.jlab.org/~gavalian/software/coatjava/coatjava-2.0.tar.gz

Please send me your updated jars, so I can put them in the distribution.
