[Clas12_software] ced 0.99.999.48

Thanks to help from Silvia Niccolai and Pierre Chatagnon, the CND display
is now functional. The numbering scheme is (hopefully) correct and hits are
being displayed. There is still work to do for the CND, but this is a start.

v48 also fixes a bug where adc hits in BMT were not being drawn (I hate
when that happens). Only crosses were being drawn.

This version will not be the current version for long. But if you have a
hankering to see CND hits, go for it. The big numbers on the CND are the
sector numbers. (The CND color is tied to the adc scale. If it is just a
red outline (not shown) it indicates a tdc hit but no adc.)
