[Clas12_software] Clara update

Dear All,

Clara has been updated (no version change) and is available for production.

The following are changes that are worth of mentioning:
- multiuser support
- more flexible service composition, that allows to customization the  Clas12 IO services (Sebastian)
- approved CLI
- JVM virtual memory control (Gagik)
- updated web documentation (Andrea and Sebastian)
- minor bug fixes

It is imperative that everyone will switch to this version. Having old versions around will prevent smooth data processing.
Steps needs to be taken:
- complete currently running Clara applications
- download install-claracre-clas.sh from the claraweb.jlab.org/clara <http://claraweb.jlab.org/clara> website
- follow instructions to install the Clas12 Clara run-time environment 
- clean up old Clara processes (check every node used). You can use $CLARA_HOME/clara-cleanup or kill -9 Clara related processes.
