[Clas12_software] pathological photons

In the spirit of giving feedback from an "analyzer' to the software 
developers I attach a graph from a recent cook of run 5428 that shows 
the same pathological symptoms as one we have seen during Spring run and 
that I thought has been fixed. The "photon" band in the right panel is fake.
