[Clas12_software] ced 1.006 with better CND data display

Hi Dave,

eventually I understood my mistake: these two layers that I associated to 
FTOFs were actually LTCC! Sorry about that! Perhaps you might remove them, 
they are not there at least in most of the sectors and there is no use of 
them in on-line event display...
