[Clas12_software] ced 1.006 with better CND data display

Hi Dave,

there are some hits in FTOF (it is made of those two rows of bigger tiles 
just after DC R3, right?), but 1) for most tracks which you see both in DC 
(before FTOF) and in PCAL+EC (after FTOF) there are no hits in FTOF! They 
must be there, moreover there must be a lot of random noise: FTOF is 
counting few x100 kHz. Are you sure you plotting all hits? Is there any 
threshold or requirement of two side L-R reconstruction?

I would expect for every DC track to see the corresponding FTOF hit 
(plus random noise), if it is not there we will not be able to reconstruct 
anything.
