[Clas12_software] ced 1.006 with better CND data display

Dear Dave,

are all FTOF hits shown for each event in CED? I looked both: the on-line 
visualization in counting house from ET-ring and off-line data files, 
apparently there are almost no FTOF hits. Perhaps one every 100 events. 
Even for very clear electron tracks with huge EC cluster the crossed FTOF 
does not show anything. I hope it is just visualization problem and has 
nothing to do with detector performance?
