[Clas12_software] Clara v4.3.3 release

Dear All,

Clara version 4.3.3 is released and is currently a default version for the Clas12 software new installations.
In this version we are introducing a thread affinity (JLAB farm hardware specific), i.e. the framework will configure hardware optimized data processing application automatically.
Version 4.3.3 was tested on the JLAB farm using auger-pbs, and currently in a process of testing on the new auger-slurp system.
The framework tests were performed using Clas12 5c.6.4 plugin version (Data file = clas_004013.0.hipo) and were obtained the following performance results (Note: in this mode we are utilizing all the resources of a node):

farm16 nodes - 12.03 ms/event  
farm18 nodes - 9.59 ms/event

So, no more guessing the number of cores and associated memory settings. The Clara’s JLAB data-processing auto-configuration option will guarantee an optimized performance and efficient utilization of the farm resources. In this case the only requirement is to set the farm.exclusive, fileList and description options (note: fileList and description must be unique for every farm job submission). E.g.

clara> set fileList
clara> set description
clara> set farm.exclusive farm18 (farm16, farm14, farm13, etc)
clara> set outFilePrefix xyz_ (optional)
clara> set farm.scaling N (optional)

These settings will guarantee an exclusive access to a specified node-flavor and will run hardware optimized (NUMA socket affinity, cores and memory) Clara processes.
