[Clas12_software] CLARA documentation for CLAS12 reconstruction

CLAS12 Software group:

Is there documentation describing how to setup CLARA for reconstruction. 
In particular, where does one find the yaml files to put into the
subdirectory

 CLARA/clara-cre/plugins/clas12/config

A default set does not come with the distribution.

I have lost the ability to reconstruct electrons using the "notsouseful"
script.  Although pions are reconstructed well, the electron momentum and
phi angle are not.
