[Clas12_software] gemc release 4.3.1

Dear All,

The gemc Clas12Tags release 4.3.1 is now frozen and available to use.

The main change is the ability to use different geometry setups corresponding to the different CLAS12 experiments ran so far.
This is achieved by loading one of the following available gcards:

- clas12-default (no shifts, default geometry)
- rga-spring2018
- rga-fall2018
- rga-spring2019
- rgb-spring2019
- rgk-fall2018

Each configuration is detailed here<https://github.com/gemc/clas12Tags/tree/master/gcards>. Each gcard is also associate with a YAML file for reconstruction.
