[Clas12_software] OSG Portal maintanance

Hi all,

The OSG portal will be down starting at 2pm today for the planned update<https://hub.docker.com/repository/docker/jeffersonlab/clas12software>:

- production container updated to 4.4.1<https://github.com/gemc/clas12Tags#software-geometry-tags>
- portal passing seed flag to generators<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/clas12-mcgen>
- new generator (twopeg)

The Central Fileserver reboot tonight will impact our jsubmit server. That should be completed at 8pm.
