[Clas12_software] new releases and env modules

Hello Everyone,

Tomorrow morning we'll switch the default clas12 "uber" environment module from 3.2 to 3.3, which means "module load clas12" will then include these changes:

clas12root 1.7.6 -> 1.7.8.b
coatjava 7.0.1 -> 8.0.0  (includes GROOT 4.0.0)
mcgen 2.4 -> 2.8
root 6.20.04 -> 6.24.06
gemc -> frozen 4.2.2

If you want to switch now, "module load clas12/3.3".  As always, if you want to stay at a particular version, or have large batches of running jobs, specify the version number instead of the default.
