[Clas12_software] OSG Portal

Dear all,

The OSG portal<https://gemc.jlab.org/web_interface/index.php> has been upgraded with these new features:

- New experiment configurations and coatjava releases, including coatjava 10.0.9 for RG-C simulations and 10.1.1 for new FD-tracking studies
- Choosing an experiment configuration will now result in displaying only the corresponding available software releases.
- MCGen default release is now 3.12
- Added RCG summer 2022 background files

You may have to empty your browser cache to see the changes.
