[Clas12_software] [EXTERNAL] PR for calibration code "Update the atof calcode"

I have created a PR for the Calcode on ATOF:

The slightly changes are:
•  Update the calibration part for wedges tdc timewalk.
•  Modify the README

It has passed the pipeline. Please feel free to review and approve it when possible.
