[Clas12_software] Update on OSG Resource Availability

Dear all,

A quick update on the Open Science Grid:

Job submissions are still suspended from entering OSG, but they may be released in the next couple of days. The availability of resources is improving (fingers crossed), though throughput remains lower than expected.

The root cause of the issue is still unknown. OSG staff are actively investigating, and it appears this problem is not isolated to CLAS12.  On our side, Nathan and I are closely monitoring the job behavior and analyzing various factors, including our scripts, background merging, CVMFS usage, generator performance, job runtime, and other key parameters.

We'll keep you posted as we learn more.
