Hi Nick,
gemc stores the ID of the physics process that generated a particle.
The first warning just means that there will be no process ID for xi0Inelastic and omega-Inelastic. I just added them in devel. It won't affect any bank.
The second gemc warning is about geant4 navigation. This could happen for various reasons, overlaps being the most probable. It could cause crash or slowdown but shouldn't affect the results.
From what I see your steps are correct on the gemc side.
