[Clas12_verystrange] Omega Simulation

Hi Maurizio, 

I am running some simulations for Omega reaction (ep—>e’ K+ K+ K0 Omega-) following the latest instructions sent out by Latifa. 
I have generated 20,000 events using my own generator, where I leave the K0 and Omega- intact — wanted GEMC to decay them.

When I process these events, through GEMC I get A LOT of warnings like:

 Warning: process name xi0Inelastic not catalogued.
 Warning: process name omega-Inelastic not catalogued.

As well as some occasional Exceptions:

When I run CLARA locally on the hipo file, it takes clara about 5 seconds to finish, but not out_* file is created. 
When I run CLARA on farm I get the following error and the job is submitted:
mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/tmp//UserKeystoreManager/2017.08.18’: Permission denied

Most of the times I dont get any output file. I browsed quickly through the GEMC file and out_clara file (using allhipo2root conversion — for the GEMC file I looked at the file after it was converted to hipo with the correct fields):
Files are under: /volatile/clas12/nicholas 
Looking at the MC bank, the GEMC files has 99995 entries (I generated 20000 with 5 particles in the final state, so it should have had 100000 entries). 
The reconstructed hipo file however, has only 410 entries…

Any idea what I might be doing wrong? I am attaching the full chain of my work.
