[Clas12nim] CLAS12 NIM meeting tomorrow

Folks,

The next CLAS12 NIM paper meeting is tomorrow at 9:30 a.m.. Work is progress well
as we work to our ultimate submission deadline of Dec. 20.

11 papers have been approved for submission
7 are in the queue for me to finish reviewing

The meeting tomorrow should be relatively short, but I wanted to give an opportunity
for people to ask any questions they have or update us on remaining work.

Although our ultimately submission deadline is Dec. 20, there have been a few glitches
in the submission process. Given that I would ask that all submission be completed by
Dec. 18 (next Wednesday). I attach the instructions for submission to NIM for folks
to peruse.
