[Clas12nim] CLAS12 NIM Meeting Tomorrow - Information

Folks,

Our CLAS12 NIM meeting is tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. JLab time in F324. Bluejeans information is given at the
end of this email.

We have a lot to get through. I will begin the meeting with a brief overview of our status and a few words of
general information. We will then hear from each subsystem. Each paper will have 5 minutes to present the
main topics:

1) Structure of paper
2) Review status (initial, figure, final)
3) Remaining issues to complete the paper
4) Primary results compared to design specifications
5) Results planned for inclusion in Overview NIM paper

I will set a timer at 4 minutes and folks should wrap up when they hear the alarm. I will be taking notes and
points that come up in the discussion will be noted. If we cannot finish on a given topic, we will have a separate
follow-up meeting at a later time. Please remember, the purpose is not to give a physics lecture or tell us about
the features of your detector or your wonderful algorithm development.

The order of the presentations will follow the general rule that those who have already told me that they cannot
stay long will go towards the beginning of the meeting as will those from outside JLab.

Thanks so much to everyone for their hard work at pushing this work along given your already busy schedules. I
appreciate all of your efforts, your skills, your passion, and your patience with me as we work through a tight
schedule of writing and reviews.
