[Clas12nim] Next NIM Meeting Oct. 24

Folks,

We will have our next CLAS12 NIM paper meeting on Oct. 24 at 9:30 a.m. in F324.
Our plan is to have a brief presentation from each of the 18 papers to provide a
status update so that we can get a firm understanding on where we stand, what the
issues are, what work remains, and how we are going to present our subsystems and
their performance. This is essential as we work to meet our submission deadline by
the end of this calendar year.

Rules:
1) Each lead author (or their designate) should attend the meeting to give an update.
2) Each paper lead should prepare no more than 3 slides to be presented in no more than
5 minutes that MUST contain the following points:
     > High level outline of paper
     > Internal review status (initial review, figure review, and final review)
     > Remaining work and outstanding issues to complete the paper
     > Main performance plots to be shown in the paper
     > Corresponding system specifications
     > Results planned for inclusion in the CLAS12 Overview NIM paper
     Note: I have attached example of what we want for each system from the slides
     that I made for the FTOF and CTOF papers.

To do:
1) Let me know no later than Monday Oct. 21 that you received this email and who will
represent your paper at the meeting.
2) As the meeting will likely be long and we need to hear from every group, I will put
all presentation materials on a single web page to make things more efficient. Please
send me your slides no later than Oct. 23 at 3 p.m. JLab time.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

If your paper is ready for initial review let me know so that I can get started as soon
as possible.
