[Clas12nim] Next CLAS12 NIM Meeting

Folks,

The next CLAS12 NIM meeting will take place on Oct. 31 at 9:30 a.m.. An announcement on the room and
the bluejeans connection information will be sent around in a separate email.

For the meeting I would like updates from:

1) Papers undergoing initial internal review: MVT, DC, HTCC
   Note: i) Final reviews for these papers to begin no later than Nov. 4
            ii) Review what work remains on the paper (writing, figures)?
           iii) When will the paper be ready for the initial review to continue?
            iv) Are further discussions on the content required?

2) Papers finalizing draft for initial review: LTCC, RICH, FT, reconstruction, overview
   Note: i) Initial reviews for these papers to begin no later than Nov. 11
            ii) What are the remaining issues to complete a draft of the paper with a full set of figures?
           iii) What analysis work remains to finalize the performance sections? Do we need to scale back plans?

Additional timeline information:
  i) All final paper reviews must begin before Thanksgiving break on Nov. 26
 ii) All reviews and all papers must be completed by Dec. 16
iii) Paper submission to begin starting at the end of November and has to be completed by the end of the year.
