[Clas12tdg] Subway addition

Hi All,
We need to push forward on the Subway design.
There are few major issues, like total load for the design and 
fit/function in the hall and with the detectors (height off the floor etc.)

Please take a look at the attached word document and make comments. I 
want to bring this up at the next TDG meeting and maybe we will also 
have a dedicated meeting.
