[Clas_cascades] Analysis Note Update

Hi,

I have posted an updated version of the Analysis Note on the wiki.  It 
has just about all changes but I am still working on the table at the 
end with all the agrrement values and some of the plots in the Results 
section.  But it ready to be evaluated for final changes!
