Hi Hovanes and Lewis,

I have looked over the response to the committee and only have minor
comments:

p. 4. (11), second sentence: right parenthesis missing after Fig. 4
line 7: "which is strictly is not correct" (remove second 'is').

p. 9 (26) refers to Analysis note 2009-106. I have replaced the old
analysis note with the version of June 20, which I assume is the latest.
But I noticed that the values of uncertainties quoted in the abstract do
not match the ones in Table 3. I think these need to be updated. Comments?

I have not checked, but the note needs to be updated consistently
including abstract, introduction, Table and summary.
