[Clas_cascades] Response to committee

Hi Elton,

I made the changes to the note to make those sections consistent with 
the new values in Table 3.  Please check look at the abstract, table and 
summary to make sure I didn't over look anything.  I posted the updated 
copy on the wiki (Aug. 3).  Thanks,
