[Clas_cascades] Updated trigger section

Hi Hovanes,

I have modified the section on the trigger (page 6) to address the main 
concerns by the committee. I moved the entire original section to an 
appendix to keep the text in case we want to use it. The changes have 
been checked into cvs. However, the reduced text may be sufficient as it 
stands, which may be more to the committee's liking. But comments and 
feedback are welcome.
