[Clas_cascades] Phone conference tomorrow

Dear friends,
We will have our phone conference tomorrow at 8 am. Note that we MUST
use the new conferencing phone numbers, as the old ones have been phased
out. I repeat the instructions below. Let me know if you have any questions.

Welcome! ESnet Collaboration Service has selected ReadyTalk audio and web
conferencing to provide you with easy to use conferencing tools. With
ReadyTalk, you can hold on-demand conference calls and web meetings at
your convenience. No reservations are required.

To begin your audio conference:
Provide your participants with the dial in numbers and 7-digit access
code.
1. Dial Toll-Free Number: 866-740-1260 (U.S.& Canada)
2. International participants dial:
Toll Number: 303-248-0285
Or International Toll-Free Number:http://www.readytalk.com/intl
3. Enter your 7-digit access code, followed by “#”
Features:
Chairperson Conference Activation Required: The conference Chairperson
(you or your designate) must login to the call and enter your passcode
before the conference can begin. Participants will be put on hold until
the Chairperson joins the call. By pressing *8 the Chairperson or
designate can allow the call to continue if he or she must leave the
conference.
Large Conference Size: Each ReadyTalk account is set up with 96 available
ports.
Audio Conference Controls via Web: As conference Chairperson, you can
control your audio conferences via the web. You can see a list of
callers, record conferences, mute specific callers, and dial out to
participants, all from the web interface.
