Log Message:
Definition of an intermediary volume between the mother volume
of IC and the IC volumes in order to define the IC volumes at
a deeper level and thus give them a higher priority. This
resolves all priority conflicts between the IC volumes flagged
as MANY and the LSS- volumes. In addition, to have this working,
FOI2 needed to be removed (see geom_foil.F).
