Log Message:
Modified condition for storing IC1 (IC crystals) tracking information
after moving the IC1 volumes one level deeper to resolve conflicts with
other volumes (see geom_ic1.F). This code was looking for IC1 only at
level 3. Now it looks at both levels 3 and 4.
