[Clas_hadron] NSTAR abstract

Hello Natalie,

	I concur with Andy and Volker's suggestions. The only other minor 
change I recommend is restructuring the phrase about the target to 
remove the word "comprising", so that it reads "...a transversely 
polarized frozen spin butanol target (FROST), operated...
